The Group was established in 2017 with the focus into education. From its maiden advent in Education and haven't seen the potentials in Nigeria the group diversified into Agro Allied, Hospitality, F&B and Consultancy. The Group is manifested vision of the BVI body Skyline International Group whereby, since its establishment, the pragmatic approach of the people behind it has seen the group reaching new heights. In the year 2000, the group started diversifying its portfolio as well as expanding its operation in different parts of the world.
